The demand for higher quality products by customers and the need to increase the production efficiency, have led us at PVI to divide our organization into different operational units. These units are briefly described in the following list:
- Production Unit
- Includes the machinery department. In this section, all parts are carefully manufactured and machined based on design drawings and individually controlled for high quality.
- Assembly Unit
- The machined parts are assembled together in this section and turned into the final product.
- Quality Control Unit
- All parts are controlled individually according to the required standards. Other than regular tests, all pumps are controlled for capacity, pressure, consumption endurance, the heat of the bearings , sound, vibration, etc. After conducting all the quality control tests, a separate production identification card is issued for each product.
- R&D Unit
- Research and development is the back bone of our company which has resulted into the high quality enjoyed by our customers.
- Parts and Spare Parts Warehouse
- In addition to supporting the manufacturing line, the warehouse unit is extremely effective for the after sales services.
In addition to the above listed units, there are other operational units that complete the organizational system:
- Modeling and Molding Unit
- The models are controlled in each stage and molds are assembled.
- Casting Unit
- Different alloy parts of the pumps are casted in this section. In this department, in addition to controlling the molten metal, the final product is also quality controlled.
- Heat Treatment Unit
- All parts are stress-relieved in this department.
- Central Office
- This section includes sales and marketing, after sales services, financial and administrative departments.
