Rotary Liquid Ring Pumps

Design

PVI series of vacuum pumps with curved impellers use the latest technology in manufacturing "Rotary Liquid Ring" vacuum pumps. They are vastly used for suction and conveyance of different gases and vapors.

Range of operation

• Vacuum pumps: capacity from 40 to 5,000 m³/h (up to 20,000 for special designs) and vacuum pressure up to 14 mbar.
• Air/gas compressors: capacity from 40 to 5,000 m³/h (up to 20,000 for special designs) and differential pressure up to 1 bar (2 bar for special designs).

Positive Displacement Blowers

Design

Rotary positive displacement blowers from PVI are manufactured using the latest technology for 3 lobe blowers through the technological aid of AERZEN Germany.

Range of operation

• Air and neutral gas blowers: capacity from 35 to 65,000 m³/h, differential pressure of 1,000 mbar and vacuum pressure of -500 mbar g.
• Process gas blowers: capacity from 100 to 100,000 m³/h and differential pressure of 1,500 mbar.
• High vacuum blowers: capacity from 180 to 97,000 m³/h and vacuum pressure of up to 10^-3 mbar.

Air and Gas Screw Compressors

Design

Air and gas screw compressors manufactured through technical aid of AERZEN Germany have twin-shaft rotors with spiral profiles. They are available in oil-injected and oil-free versions and vastly used in industrial applications.

Range of operation - oil-free

• Air and neutral gas compressors: capacity from 200 to 15,000 m³/h, differential pressure from 2 to 10.5 bar and vacuum pressure of 150 mbar
• Process gas compressors: capacity from 550 to 120,000 m³/h, differential pressure from 3.5 to 40 bar and vacuum pressure of up to 100 mbar.

Range of operation - oil-injected

• Air and neutral gas compressors: capacity from 70 to 3,200 m³/h, differential pressure up to 13 bar and vacuum pressure of 100 mbar.
• Process gas and refrigeration compressors: capacity from 200 to 10,000 m³/h, differential pressure up to 25 bar and vacuum pressure of 1 mbar.

Gas Meters

Design

Gas meters have two 2 lobe rotors and are suitable for measuring gas volumes in closed piping systems.

Range of operation

Capacity from 1 to 6,500 m³/h and pressure drop from 2 to 7 mbar.
